CatholicCare Tasmania is the Community Services Division of the Catholic Archdiocese of Hobart,

Reporting to the Executive Director, the newly created role focuses on strategic and operational structure to integrate, implement an manage all core business areas of the community programs in a changing social services environment whilst maintain alignment with the mission of the agency and Archdiocese. Overseeing family, community and children’s services, the role works alongside social impact programs and community services to provide a holistic approach to supporting the foundations of healthy communities.

The successful candidate will be a strong leader with community service experience, have a strategic focus, excellent stakeholder engagement experience including government, strong financial and commercial skills and the ability to demonstrate an alignment to the Catholic vision, mission and values.
