How do my credits get used?

Simply create your account and pre-pay for your preferred package: Gold (10 x job listings) Silver (3 x job listings) or Bronze (1 x listing). Log-in to create your company profile and start booking jobs to use your credits. E.g. Select the Gold Package, post one job listing and you will have nine credits remaining to use within six months.


What if I don’t use all my credits?

Unfortunately we don’t offer partial refunds if you do not use your credits within the specified period. Please ensure you pick the package that is right for your advertising needs.


What are my payment options?

You can pay online through the secure gateway using your credit card or Paypal. 


What file types are accepted?

MS Word documents and PDFs are both accepted attachments for Job Descriptions.


Can I have my listing appear a Featured job?

Currently only Gold Packages receive 2 x featured jobs out of their 10 x listings, and the listing will appear in the Featured Job section on catholicjobsonline.com.au. This will also appear in the regular listing categories.


What file type is required for my company logo?

Please upload a low-resolution PDF.


What about my company profile?

You can post a small blurb about your company which appears with your job listings, and can include your company logo and links to your company’s social media accounts. Recruitment agencies may promote the employer or the agency itself.


Can I change or edit my job listing, including the expiry date, once it has been posted?

You may edit roles at any time until the expiry date. You may also remove a listing once the position has been filled. If you wish to extend the expiry date by one week please email info@catholicjobsonline.com.au or call (02) 9390 5404 at least 48 hours before the expiry date.
