About the Role
The Campaigns Administrator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of major fundraising initiatives and donation processing within the Development & Fundraising Office.
Working closely with the Director and wider Fundraising team, you will provide day-to-day fundraising and donor administration across a range of high profile campaigns. This includes coordinating events, maintaining accurate donor records, processing gifts, preparing campaign materials, and supporting communication and engagement activities.
You will be involved across the full campaign lifecycle, from donor correspondence and research through to event delivery, donation processing and post-campaign follow-up, helping to ensure campaigns run smoothly and professionally. The role also involves working with CRM systems, data insights, and supporting internal and external stakeholders, including donors and partner organisations.
This is a fast-paced and varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys working to bring fundraising campaigns to life.
Initially based in Leichhardt, this full-time role offers a meaningful opportunity to contribute to meaningful fundraising outcomes.
About You
You are an organised and proactive administrator with experience supporting campaigns and events, in a busy environment.
You bring strong attention to detail and are confident managing multiple tasks at once, from coordinating logistics and maintaining databases to preparing communications and supporting stakeholder engagement. You are comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, and take pride in ensuring data is accurate and donation processing run smoothly.
You are a clear communicator with a professional and approachable manner, able to build positive relationships with donors, colleagues, and external partners. You enjoy being part of a collaborative team but are equally capable of working independently and taking initiative when needed.
Above all, you bring a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine interest in supporting work that has meaningful impact.
Experience in fundraising, events, or not-for-profit environments will be highly regarded.
