Administration Assistant

Part time 24 hours per week

Role is to start beginning of August 2016

Located in Parramatta

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

  • Well-developed verbal and written, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Adaptability to share tasks of co-workers as required
  • Proactive approach to work and a commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail, quality and accuracy

Essential Criteria

  • Experience in a general office/admin role or similar position
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team and as an individual with a team
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office 10
  • Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
  • The highest level of confidentiality is expected
  • Current Drivers licence
