Loreto Kirribilli congratulates Ms Sharon O’Keeffe for her appointment as Director: Catholic Identity and Outreach with the Catholic Education Services of the Cairns Diocese. As a result, the School seeks to appoint a Director of Mission.

The Director of Mission is a member of the School Executive, responsible to the Principal for embedding the distinctly Loreto charism into the life of the School. The role also encompasses responsibility for the Social Justice Program, Student Leadership and Recognition and the Spiritual Formation of Loreto Kirribilli staff, students and parents.

The Director of Mission will have a strong Catholic faith and the capacity to share this in educating young women, especially in bringing to life the Loreto vision encapsulated in the Loreto Schools Australia Mission Statement (1998).

This position requires the successful applicant to obtain and maintain a valid Working With Children Clearance.
